Attention Iranian and Afghani visa seekers who were refused a visa to the U.S. under 212(a)(3)(B):

There are new US regulations which could allow some Iranians and Afghans who were refused under INA 212(a)(3)(b) to be reconsidered for visas.

We are exploring ways of finding out what works and does not work, and we may share more about this in the coming weeks.
